you may return your mill + hen order for a refund or credit voucher within 10 days of purchase 

to start a return, please contact us at millandhen@gmail.com

we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package,you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. mill + hen is not responsible for the cost of return postage

items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused

for returns of sale items, we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty. you are welcome to return sale items for a credit voucher

unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges through our online store

if you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternative style or size, please process a return via millandhen@gmail.com and repurchase your preferred item
